Step One - Employers Create a Job Profile: The Employer goes through much the same steps as the job seekers.
Step Two - Job Profiles are Compared to Job seekers Database: Now that we have a profile of the position, we match that profile against our database of job seekers. Employers are returned a list of qualified job seekers who fit their position.
