The Dish incorporates a client consultation, a tailored menu plan, shopping for food items, use of personal pantry items including dried herbs, oils and vinegars, and meal preparation in the comfort of your own home or yacht. Food labeling and reheating instructions accompany ready-made meals and The Dish takes charge of kitchen clean-up.
The following prices are the personal chef fee, and groceries required for meal preparation are additional.
The cost of food varies based on your specific food preferences and dietary requirements.
All meals from The Dish consist of an entrée and side dish.
Standard Personal Chef Service
This personal chef service provides entrées that will be stored in the refrigerator and freezer.

Weekly Fresh Service Package
Enjoy a variety of fine foods and gourmet goods that includes salads, soups, fresh fish and rich meats that will never be frozen. Three entrées with side dishes are prepared one day, and two entrées with side dishes are prepared later on in the week. This premium personal chef service can be scheduled Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday.

Mini-Service Packages
Mini-service packages allow you to sample savory dishes prepared in the comfort of your own home or yacht. Impress your company with fine foods; no need to worry about the kitchen.
3 Meals (2 servings) $250
4 Meals (4servings) $315
Go Gourmet for Guests
Add an extra serving for $10 per entrée.

Additional charges apply for restrictive diets, round-trip destinations more than 30 miles and packaging in single portions.
